This is Jeff Riber. Welcome to the site! The purpose of this blog is to be informative about items affecting today’s local real estate market (and some things unrelated to real estate but still very cool and interesting stuff). If you would like to know anything about me please feel free to ask. I won’t bore you with a long resume’ but will give the Readers Digest version. After graduating with a degree in Finance from Liberty University I worked in Underwriting with PHH Mortgage for 2.5 years. Before entering the realm of “real estate agent” I invested personally in real estate for about 2 years, which has laid the foundation for much of what is needed to help others in buying/selling real estate.
Additionally, I still enjoy playing most sports but specifically basketball. So you may see me in your local YMCA losing my temper because I’m probably a little too competitive for my own good…
