There is another great group of people that will be looking to buy in Florida. People who live in the Northeast are still looking down in Florida. It's a bargain now and people who have an extra few bucks laying around may be willing to buy a condo on the ocean now that they are affordable. Have you tried hooking up with someone in NYC? Maybe you can buy advertising on the subway line to motivate people to buy in Florida. To them, our real estate is cheap.
